Chris Halton has over 30 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office management. She assists with the daily routine of a busy office working on accounting for corporate clients and processing tax returns.
Before entering the work force, Chris graduated from Niagara University and received her master’s in media arts from the New School of Social Research. Putting her education to beneficial use, she produced radio programming for 17 years. During this time, she got to collaborate with such celebrity talents as Florence Henderson, Chuck Connors, Ann B. Davis, and Vanna White, to name a few. During her time there, she gained experience with bookkeeping, and began to stretch out into office management.
During a 10-year Business Manager job at a local private school, she was able to tap into her creative side designing programs for school plays and banquets. One program earned her the Helen Hayes Award for design.
A lifelong resident of Rockland County, she grew up in Blauvelt and is now in Bardonia where she resides with her husband of 35 years. After raising two children, they now enjoy their Grandson as much as time and travel allows. Aiden quickly stole their hearts and they realized how tremendous it is to have a Grandchild.
Chris loves her recreational time, spending as much time near the water as possible. Whether she is fishing, boating or jet skiing, she seeks the sun and is enthusiastic about the ocean. She loves gardening and cooking elaborate dinners for friends.
